1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting or using Worldform (https://getworldform.com), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.
2. Nature of the Service
Worldform is a fully client-side, browser-based document template engine. It allows users to populate, style, sign, and export standard document templates entirely within their own browser. No document content is transmitted to or processed by our servers.
Worldform is a technical productivity tool and is not a law firm. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, or certified professional advice of any kind.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Worldform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following uses are expressly prohibited:
- Creating fraudulent or forged documents intended to deceive third parties.
- Processing personal data of third parties in documents without their consent.
- Deploying any software, bots, or automated systems that could harm or overload the Platform.
- Copying, reverse-engineering, or misappropriating any part of the source code or design.
4. Intellectual Property
The Worldform brand, logo, design system, source code, and editorial content are protected by international intellectual property laws and are owned by Burak AKIN.
Documents you create using the Platform are yours to keep, use, print, and share for personal or commercial purposes without any license fee or royalty.
5. Service Availability and Changes
Worldform does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service — including individual templates — without prior notice.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Worldform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall Worldform or Burak AKIN be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any template.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued access to the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
