Privacy Policy
How Worldform protects your data through zero-server architecture, local storage, cookie management, and your rights under GDPR.
Last updated: October 4, 2026
1. Core Principle: Zero Server Storage
At Worldform ("the Platform"), every piece of information you type into a document template — including personal names, ID numbers, addresses, financial figures, signatures, and custom clauses — is processed exclusively inside your web browser. None of this data is transmitted to our servers or stored in any remote database.
The document generation engine, live A4 layout renderer, digital signature tool, and PDF/Word export module all run in your browser JavaScript runtime. Worldform simply does not have the technical means to access what you type.
2. Browser Local Storage
To prevent accidental data loss when you refresh your browser or switch tabs, your draft form values are saved in your browser localStorage — a storage area that lives exclusively on your device and is not accessible over the internet.
Your theme preference (dark or light mode) and language selection are also stored in localStorage. These settings are never transmitted to any server.
You can delete all locally stored draft data at any time by clicking "Clear my data" in the document toolbar, or by clearing your browser site data via browser settings.
3. Cookies, Advertising Partners, and Analytics
To keep Worldform free for all users, we partner (or plan to partner) with third-party advertising networks such as Google AdSense. These partners may place advertising cookies and tracking pixels in your browser to serve contextually relevant, non-intrusive advertisements.
Advertising cookies do not have access to anything you type into our document builder. They operate only on general page-visit data and aggregate interest signals.
You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through the consent banner at the bottom of this page. You may accept all, reject non-essential cookies, or choose individual categories.
4. Your Rights — GDPR and KVKK
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you have certain data rights. Because Worldform stores no personal document data on remote servers, most rights can be exercised directly through your browser:
- Right of Access: Your form data lives only in your own browser localStorage, accessible through browser developer tools at any time.
- Right to Rectification: You may update any draft field directly within the document form.
- Right to Erasure: Use the "Clear my data" button or clear browser site data to immediately remove all local drafts.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Cookie and advertising consent can be updated at any time via the cookie preferences panel in the footer.
- Right to Contact the Data Controller: For inquiries about cookie or advertising data, contact [email protected]. Data controller: Burak AKIN.
5. Children's Privacy
Worldform is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child's data has been inadvertently processed through our platform, please notify us at [email protected] and we will take appropriate action.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of the page will be revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
